PARK MODEL RENTALS

Beautiful, near new, Park Homes are 1 BR with queen-size bed, full bathroom, living room with hide-a-bed. Fully furnished, with kitchen utensils, dishes, appliances, cookware and color TV. You supply linens. NO SMOKING - NO PETS. One week minimum.

Rates are for 2 people. Additional people are $5.00 per person per day. All Monthly rentals begin and end on the first day of the calendar month (e.g. Nov. 1 to Dec. 1). Sorry, NO extended days for February. Monthly reservations have first priority.

Call 1-888-8000-SPA (772) for reservations. A deposit of $400 is required at the time of reservation. Deposit is fully refundable with written notice of cancellation at least 21 days before arrival date. Full rental amount is due on arrival.

Deposit amount is held for security and cleaning deposit and is refundable with a satisfactory cleaning, inventory and damage inspection (within 30 days of check-out). We reserve the right to charge $15 per hour for extraordinary cleaning.

 

Within our park there are over 150 "Dry Camp"/ No Hook-Up sites, that we use primarily for overflow.  We have provided 2 clean and updated bathrooms, 2 roomy showers for each gender, and a dump station in the Dry Camp area.

Because of this unique situation, we have not found it necessary to take reservations.  This gives you the freedom to arrive at our park whenever you desire, and stay as long as you like.  If there are no Full Hook-Up spaces available when you arrive, you'll be assigned the available site of your choosing in the Day Camp area, at a reduced price ($17.00 per day), until a Full Hook-Up space is available.  In seasons past the wait for a Full Hook-Up site has been from 1 to 4 days.

While in Dry Camp, you'll be able to enjoy all of our facilities and amenities and participate in the many activities we have.  Dry Camp is located near our larger halls where many of our events take place.  Because of it's convenient location, amenities, reduced prices, and our mild weather, many of our campers have chosen to stay in Dry Camp for their entire stay.

If you must have a Full Hook-Up site the day you arrive, we recommend you arrive before the end of December.
